3. Refunds will only be accepted if the product is unused, unopened with original packaging intact.
4. All products must be returned with an original receipt or invoice within 5 days of delivery date.
5. The product refund process will take up to 7 working days upon receiving the returned products.
6. You may be allowed to walk-in at our office for products return.
